Met een omzet van bijna $ 5 miljard, ongeveer 32.000 werknemers en meer dan 350 locaties in 30 landen, is Brand een toonaangevende leverancier van gespecialiseerde diensten voor de wereldwijde industri\u00eble, commerci\u00eble en infrastructurele eindmarkten. Het gecombineerde bedrijf heeft de wereldwijde aanwezigheid, uitgebreide service en stricte bedrijfsprocessen die nodig zijn om de vereiste faciliteiten voor onderhoud, onderhoudsstops en renovatie van klanten te ondersteunen, evenals nieuwbouw, kapitaalgerelateerde verbeteringen en uitbreidingsplannen.<br \/>\nDe primaire go-to-market-naam in de Verenigde Staten zal <strong>BrandSafway<\/strong> zijn, samen met andere gevestigde en bekende bedrijfsmerken. In Canada zullen de primaire go-to-market-namen <strong>AlumaSafway, Brand<\/strong> en <strong>Dalco<\/strong> zijn. Op internationale markten zullen bestaande merknamen, waaronder <strong>Aluma Systems, Brand Energy &#038; Infrastructure Services, H\u00fcnnebeck<\/strong> en <strong>SGB<\/strong> blijven bestaan. Zodat we grote uitdagende projecten optimaal kunnen uitvoeren met onze wereldwijde expertise en middelen, en tevens door onze lokale aanwezigheid snel kunnen reageren op vragen uit de markt.\u201d<br \/>\nClayton, Dubilier &#038; Rice (&#8220;CD&#038;R&#8221;), eigendom van BEIS sinds 2013, is de controlerende aandeelhouder van het gecombineerde bedrijf. Odyssey Investment Partners LLC, dat Safway in 2009 heeft overgenomen, heeft zijn investering be\u00ebindigd. De voorwaarden van de transactie zijn niet bekendgemaakt.<br \/>\nJohn Krenicki, uitvoerende partner van CD&#038;R en sinds 2013 lead director van BEIS, heeft de rol van voorzitter van Brand op zich genomen. Paul Wood, voormalig voorzitter en CEO van BEIS, is emeritus voorzitter geworden en fungeert als senior adviseur voor het gecombineerde bedrijf.<br \/>\nGoldman Sachs &#038; Co was de financi\u00eble hoofdadviseur voor BEIS en heeft financiering verstrekt. Financi\u00eble adviesdiensten en financiering zijn ook aan BEIS verstrekt door Barclays Capital Inc., ING Financial Markets LLC en Peter J. Solomon Company LLC, een dochteronderneming van Natixis. Debevoise &#038; Plimpton LLP heeft als juridisch adviseur voor BEIS gediend. Harris Williams &#038; Co. heeft als financieel adviseur voor Safway gediend en Latham &#038; Watkins LLP heeft als juridisch adviseur van Safway gediend.<br \/>\n<strong>Over Brand Industrial Services Inc.<\/strong><br \/>\nAls gevolg van de transactie zal Brand Industrial Services Inc. een toonaangevende leverancier van gespecialiseerde diensten zijn voor de wereldwijde industri\u00eble, commerci\u00eble en infrastructurele eindmarkten. Brand combineert de wereldwijde aanwezigheid, het uitgebreide dienstenaanbod en de stricte bedrijfsprocessen die nodig zijn om de vereiste faciliteiten voor onderhoud, de onderhoudsstop en renovatie van klanten te ondersteunen, evenals nieuwbouw, kapitaalgerelateerde verbeteringen en uitbreidingsplannen.
